🌺What is it? In this 5-week online course, we’ll learn about Ayurveda and how to apply it to our modern lives, how to adapt and modify yoga based on the doshas and the seasons, and how to recognize what your students need based on the time of the day, season, weather, etc.

✨When? Self-paced This course will run for 5 weeks online. The lessons will be pre-recorded and sent to your email once a week.

📚 This course is registered with 20 Continuing Education hours via Yoga Alliance.

This course is for you if:

1. You've been interested in Ayurveda but you don't know where to start.

2. You had a workshop/lesson on Ayurveda during your YTT program and you loved it and wanted to dive deeper.

3. You want to discover your dosha and how to live in balance throughout the year.

4. You want to learn how to organize your days based Ayurveda.

5. You want to apply Ayurveda to your yoga asana practice.

6. You want to share Ayurveda with your yoga students.

7. You sometimes run out of ideas on what to add into your yoga classes and feel like something is missing.

The Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers course was very interesting & Lauren made it very easy to understand/follow along. I really enjoyed the yoga sessions for each dosha and felt like that was a really creative way to get people to experience how each dosha yoga style feels hands-on, instead of just reading about it. Learning about ayurveda has made me more aware of how to teach a class to benefit everyone, instead of just one specific dosha (which I usually tend to do) so I am excited about that!
