🌺What is it? In this 5-week online course, we’ll learn about Ayurveda and how to apply it to our modern lives, how to adapt and modify yoga based on the doshas and the seasons, and how to recognize what your students need based on the time of the day, season, weather, etc.

📚 This course is registered with 20 Continuing Education hours via Yoga Alliance.
